COMMUNITY USE of the
POMERENE CENTER FOR THE ARTS
In an effort to increase community awareness and fulfill our mission to promote community involvement in the arts, the Pomerene Center for the Arts encourages the community to use the historic Johnson-Humrickhouse home and grounds for private events. This, in accordance with Warner and Lora Pomerene’s hopes that the facility would be well used by the community.

AMENITIES:
• 100 white resin wedding chairs, 12- 42” round tables, 5- 36” round tables and 3- 7’ rectangular tables Gifted by Dorothy Taylor
• Digital projection equipment
• Brochures and information of upcoming Center events are available for guests to take.
• A staff member or volunteer host/hostess, knowledgeable and willing talk about the art on display with the guests, will be in attendance throughout the event.

PROVISOS:
• Suggested donation: $75 for first hour, $25 for each additional hour
• Donations for the use of the historic house and grounds will be set aside solely for maintenance of and improvements to the property.
• Donations for use of the Center are not tax-deductible.
• Food may be served but not cooked at the Center. Current appliances are not certified for keeping food warm or cold.
• All visitors as guests to the historic home are requested to sign the guestbook.
