    1 large long necked gourd
    2 pieces of cardboard with zip ties


    2 long sticks


    assorted fabrics and bright paints


    five weeks of work with artists Kelsey Schott and Anne Cornell

    Combine ingredients and follow your imagination. On Saturday, Nov. 1st – we’ll be the tallest, brightest, crazy dancing-est things – parading down the street.

Artist Bios
Kelsey Beck Schott is a graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design. She joins the Pomerene Center and the Coshocton community with husband Jack, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Kraft Foods. Kelsey is the PCA artist in residence and took Best of Show at the 2007 Coshocton County Fair.

Anne Cornell paints, draws and writes in rural Appalachian Ohio.  As the director of Coshocton’s Pomerene Center for the Arts, she is committed to making art an integral part of community life.  She has managed numerous community art projects and is especially interested in addressing pertinent community needs and issues through innovative artistic collaborations.  Anne is married to stonemason David Kridler.  Together they have three grown daughters.
