Late 1920s early 1930s semi sheer bias cut silk chiffon in a soft watercolor floral print. Sleeveless with an attached floral capelet that ties at the neck, and a fabric flower at the neckline. Belt loops and original blue sash belt (shown in photos as hair ribbon) A stunning true vintage piece! Fits XS S best (bias cut, so fabric naturally stretches to fit but note arm opening measurement is 15" circumference and fixed) bust:
