Francesca Castaldi Colline Novaresi Bianco Lucia 2023 Tsitska left to macerate on theFrom vineyards in the Alto Piemontese village of Fara, this lean and mineral scented Erbaluce gives offers a flinty nose with notes of lemon, orange, matchstick, thyme, apple skin, and gooseberry. The palate is again gooseberry, keen big lemon, flinty minerality. Strong acidity, bursts mouthwatering on finish. Salt and Italian herbs on finish.
