Bodegas Resalte de Penafiel Ribera del Duero Origen de Resalte 2015 sweet sherry Pinot Bianco"Origen de Resalte is a wine from the mixture of 6 different towns in the Ribera Peafiel, Roa, Pedrosa, Quintana del Pidio, Fuentenebro and Moradillo, each town is made separately to preserve the profile of the terroir in the purest way and is aged in different coopers to enhance its virtues. At least 5 different cooperages (80% French and 20% American) are used to find an excellent synergy between barrel and wine, each soil goes to different barrels
