Browne Half Size Perforated Food Pan, 24 Gauge Stainless Steel Depth:2.5" Material: CottonMade with 24 gauge stainless steel, Browne's Half Size Perforated Food Pan has an anti jamming design running the full perimeter providing reinforced edges and corners that resist damage and bending. The same anti jamming design allows for space between pans when storing creating ventilation so pans dry completely. Perforations on both the bottom and sides of the pans allow for maximum draining and air circulation for thawing, steaming and crisping.
