Condition For parts or not working Description Unit powers on and it powers up the microscope lamp, but leaks voltage current to ground. Also transfers the voltage to the microscope ground when hooked up to the microscope. Using a voltmeter to ground, the casing was testing at about 5V AC. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS IS for parts repair as a non working or incomplete unit.
