We can help you plan and execute the ideal party! No stress, no worries and no need to clean your house! We’re only limited by your imagination. 

Small Parties by the hour (up to 6 hours) include: 

● Five elegantly-designed rooms for your use 

● Beautifully maintained grounds and terrace 

● White, lighted tent on the terrace (30×30 foot) 

● White resin chairs (100) 

● 42” round tables (10) , 36” round tables (7) and rectangular tables 

● A vintage kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and counter space for catered or brought-in meals 

● A staff member or volunteer on site during the event 

● Galleries of artwork for your guests to enjoy 

Seating Capacity: Indoor 40-60 Outdoor terrace 80-100 

This inclusive package is $100 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour (a $50 deposit with your signed contract is non-refundable and reserves your date). 

A $300 refundable security deposit is required (check or cash held) to protect the property if any damage is done or extra clean-up is required. 

Hourly fees apply to set-up/decorate and clean-up afterwards when renting by the hour (day before drop-off/set-up & day after clean-up not available with this option).
