Bluebird: pieced by dressmaker Amanda Leiendecker and quilted by the Chili Methodist Ladies Aid Society in the late 1920’s. The sawtoothed edge was applied by Amanda’s unmarried sister Emma Hothem. Emma lived on the family farm until her death.
