Jazz on the Lawn covid-era style
We are delighted to announce that on Friday, July 24, jazz guitarist Tom Davis will venture out to provide our first live, in-person musical performance in ages. (Well five months, but it feels like ages.) We’ll give Tom a prime spot on the terrace under the hawthorn tree. 7:30 pm start time for a one-hour concert. Reserve and pay by clicking on the calendar below $10 per person. Reservations are required. Please bring your own chairs, snacks and beverages to enjoy. Any questions? Seems like a good week to take a close look. How do we really look? How are our eyes shaped, where do they sit on our head, and what about the complicated build of our nose and the way our lips sit, one on top of the other…? And what happens to our faces when we’re mad? Or happy? Or sad? We’ll be drawing all week and at the same time…
